  • How much is postage?

    For convenience, we have a flat rate shipping cost across Australia.
    $10 to VIC/NSW/QLD/SA
    $15 to WA/NT/TAS
    For orders outside of Australia, we will provide you with a quote before proceeding with your order.

  • Minimum order requirement

    For internet orders, there is a minimum order requirement of $50, not including postage.

  • Do you deliver outside of Australia?

    Yes we do. However, currently our website does not accept international orders.
    If you live outside of Australia and wish to place an order, simply send us an e-mail with the following details:

    The quantity you would like,(min 7 bags).
    The country you would like them sent to.
    We will provide you with a quote for postage cost and you can pay via PayPal (accepts credit cards).

  • How should I store my chocolates?

    Store it in a cool, dry place. If the temperature exceeds 25°C, then it's advisable to put the chocolates in the fridge. Opened chocolates should be stored in a sealed container.

  • How will my chocolates arrive? What if it's really hot weather?

    Your chocolates are carefully packed in a polystyrene box and always arrive in there original top condition. We don't send on very hot days. Your chocolates are guaranteed to arrive in pristine condition. Should there be anything that you are not satisfied with you may send the chocolates back and we will replace the product and refund your postal costs.

  • How long will the chocolates keep?

    The chocolates have a shelf life of 8-16 weeks, depending on the flavour. They will very gradually loose some of that sharp fresh flavour over time, so eat them while fresh. During summer months

  • Are any of your products nut-free?

    We cannot guarantee absolute nut-free chocolates as there are nut products produced on the premises. Severe nut allergies are a serious concern and it's better not to risk. Having said that, we do maintain procedures where nut products are produced, stored and packaged separately to prevent cross contamination.

  • Are any of your products gluten and dairy-free?

    Yes, we do have many chocolates that are gluten-free and dairy-free. Please see our products page.

  • Are chocolates good for you?

    Research has shown that dark chocolate consumed in small quantities may actually be good and even healthy for you. Scientists recently reported preliminary evidence that cocoa may keep high blood pressure down and release endorphins that make you feel more relaxed and happier.

  • Terms and Conditions

    At Delicaseys, we would like to keep our terms and conditions simple for our customers. In short, your payment is securely processed via PayPal and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll get it sorted.

    If you're not happy with the product and you haven't gobbled up most of the bag, simply return it to us within 7 days and we will refund your total purchase price plus your postal charges. This does not apply to international orders.

  • Placing an order

    When you place an order for products on our site, you will receive an email confirmation prior to your order being processed.

  • Methods of payment

    We prefer online payments. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Account and PayPal Account. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment.

    Orders placed with us are processed by PayPal and are implemented with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Server to encrypt and send your credit card details and personal information with utmost security and safety.

    Your personal details are not stored on a computer. For wholesale orders, we also accept cheques, direct deposits and PayPal.

  • Privacy

    Delicaseys is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relations to you, is kept strictly secured and confidential. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details without your consent. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us. If you wish to unsubscribe to our newsletter or un-list yourself as a registered user, you can do this by emailing us at anytime. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Pricing

    All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
    Prices are correct at the time of online publication but are subject to change without notice. Please note that our online prices may differ from pricing of our products which are available through other retail outlets.
    International customers also note that Delicaseys is not responsible for any additional customs fee and/or taxes. Although don't be concerned as no one yet has been charged additional fees.

  • Products

    Upon delivery, we ensure that the product is in excellent condition and will meet your specified requirements.

  • Postage and delivery

    Delicaseys delivers within and outside of Australia using Australia Post and couriers. Our rates include postage and handling fees. Delivery times will depend on the postal service at either end. To assist you, we have included some estimates below:

    Within Australia: 1 - 3 working days
    International: 5-15 working days (may take longer depending on customs)

    Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong information, we are not obliged to re-post the order to the correct address at our expense.

  • Dispatch

    After your cleared payment is received, your products will be dispatched as follows:
    Morning orders are sent that afternoon.
    Afternoon or evening orders will be sent the following day.
    An email will be sent out when your order has been confirmed dispatched. Nevertheless, if you would like to check on the status of your order at any time, simply email us with your order number and name.
    Note that primary correspondence for orders is conducted by email so please ensure that you supply us with an active email address and phone number.
